RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE FACILITY

The new state of the art Residential Aged Care Facility provides quality accommodation in an environment where residents can join us when they require low level assisted care, and remain in the same environment should they need palliative or high level care. Our aim is to provide care excellence for residents and peace of mind for their families.

To apply for accommodation please contact our Care Services Manager on (02) 8839 7110 for additional information. Eligibility for entry into the Residential Aged Care Facility follows assessment by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). Contact can be made through your local general practitioner or a public hospital. A current Aged Care Assessment (form 3020) is required, and entry is subject to availability and the specific care needs of the individual.
